Tuesday Frivol: A Poll Hillary Can Win

Filed under: Frivol — Random Yak @ 10:08 am on October 30, 2007

Hillary Clinton can win at the polls after all.

Scary thought?

That’s precisely what a majority of voters in an Associated Press-Ipsos survey thought.  The survey asked voters to determine which of the current presidential candidates would make the scariest Halloween costume.  Only two of the candidates garnered more than 6% of the vote: Rudy Giuliani with 14%, and Hillary Clinton with a runaway 37%.

Small wonder that over 60% of Republican voters picked Clinton.  Slightly more surprising is the fact that 18% of Democratic voters picked her – making her the second scariest costume even among Democrats (Giuliani came in #1).

The article didn’t say whether candidates’ political stands factored into the decision, or whether voters incorporated a sense of humor into their choices, but based on the numbers alone, one things seems clear:

Hillary really is the only ghoul running for president this year.

(Statistically, 36% of you laughed, and the rest didn’t get the pun.)

  1. Strangely enough, in the only enclave of Leftardism in America’s Third World County™ (the public school system–and even there, Leftardism is mostly confined to teachers who are immigrants into the area and administration *spit*) this lil survey was noted and recieved a hearty (secular) “Amen!”

Even a number of the common Leftards find the Hildebeast at least slightly repulsive.

    *heh*

Fred08! (Typed with just a hint of “I wanna convince myself… partly because ‘President Fred’ just sounds so very… Third World County-ish”)

    ;-)
