A truck carrying 465 beehives from North Dakota to California overturned on a Montana highway.
As could be(e) expected, some of the hives’ 13.5 million residents decided this would be(e) a good time to see for themselves whether Montana lived up to its buzz. The winged wanderers took flight be(e)fore Montana state troopers could be(e) summoned to the scene.
Fortunately, the bees returned to their hives that evening when the weather cooled (beetermined to seek out warmer climes). One state trooper suffered a couple of stings, but otherwise the whole incident turned out to be(e) a lot of buzz about nothing.
