…and I just can’t resist beating it one more time.

SNAKES ON A PLANE!

A Mississippi pilot flying his one-seater airplane across the state found himself the air chauffeur to an unticketedpassenger when he discovered a grey rat snake sharing the pilot’s chair. The snake began “licking” the pilot’s arm (more likely scenting. -Ed.) and the pilot, faced with the simultaneous need to evict the reptile without losing control of his plane, optedto engage in a fewanti-reptileaerial acrobatics. The stunt worked, and the snake retired to the rearof the aircraft (doubtlessin search ofthe lavatory)where it remained for the remainder of the flight.

Once on the ground, the pilot called an expert to remove the snake. The reptilian stowaway remains unavailable for comment, though I’m sure he won’t be using frequent flyer miles to obtainanother free flight any time soon.
