June 29: “Chicken Wing Day”
I like chicken wings. I also like buffalo wings, though I do wish they’d use the wings off the big buffalo rather than the miniature ones therestaurants around here seem to carry. I also wonder, on occasion, why we don’t see the miniature winged buffalo at zoos, but most of the zoos around here keep the buffalo in large open pens so I’m assuming the winged ones just fly away.

Is Diversity only skin deep?…
