I was troubled by the fact that I do not have time for proper exercise, weight-lifting and cardiovascular physical conditioning.Finally I hit on how to solve the problem without changing my work schedule. I gained 40 pounds, so that now every move I make is a strenuous heart-pounding, weight-lifting workout. Very efficient, if I do say so myself.
It also solves that tedious, time-wasting problem of constantly being hit on by attractive women.
