Funny, I just don’t see the need for a 12-step program to solve this one.
In fact, I can cure that addiction in one step: Turn off the computer.
Unplug the plug.
Turn off the switch.
Go do something else. Like…blogging. (Heh.) Or talking on your cell phone.
On second thought, go back to e-mail. It’s less time consuming.
