  1. When a world wide threat appears, it is never the trained conservative military minded group that saves the day. It is always the liberal emotionally troubled group of quirky individuals who come up with the right stuff. Corollary: Such groups always contain some pre-teen computer genius that can out hack every adult.   2. Good one. We should also add Corollary #3: quirky pre-teens are always more capable of solving global problems than fully educated adults (particularly if those adults are of the conservative persuasion).
