UN-certain Observances (and Midweek OTP)

Filed under: Random Linkfests, Random Observances — Random Yak @ 8:10 am on October 24, 2006

October 24 is United Nations Day.

In honor of the occasion, I intend to mooch lunchoff my friends, get them to do my work for me, tell them how to do it andcomplain when they fail to solve problems in the manner I prefer.

I also intend to eat all the candy in the office snack jar andpretend to know nothing about where it went. If anyone complains, I’ll tell them I saw Darth W and his Stormtroopers of Breath Mints sneaking it out the back door.

I’m also hosting a linkfest, on the UN-certain theory that everyone has a right to my opinion and I’d like to hear what everyone else thinks about it – as long as they agree with me.(Yeah, right.)

Linked to Linkfest Haven, your UN-beatable source for linkfests.Linkfest is open until Thursday night: link at will. Extra points for those discussing the UN.
