Today I’m goingfor an easy one. Here’s my list of
Thirteen Pets I (or my immediate family members) Have Owned
1. Dust mop with legs Lhasa Apso
2. A three-legged tortoiseshell cat. (Her name was Tumble. In my defense, she had four legs when I named her.)
3.Bengal cat. (Slightly insane. Answers to “Broken” and bonks head on the wall on command.)
4. Maine Coon Cat (Hint: Looks like the offspring of a a Wookiee and a mountain lion.)
5. White Persian Cat (Belongs to The Random Spouse. Doesn’t like me much.)
6. Cockatiel(s) (I had onein high school. The Random Mother gave it away when The Random Sibling taught it a tier-one naughty word while I was away at college. Yak the Younger has one now.)
7. Discus. (The fish, not the athletic equipment.) One of them looked almost exactly like this.
8. Angelfish (I used to breed and sell them. Remind me totell you about Genghis)
9.Green-Spotted Pufferfish. (Answered to “Goober.” And yes, I do mean “answered.”)
10.Tortoise. Non-protected variety. (Answered to “Happy.” Likedgreen beans andcrawling into open computers. Outsourced when a move meant she could no longer roam the backyard.)
11. Frogs (what kid didn’t bring home a tadpole or two?)
12. Garter Snakes. (Not on a plane – though therein lies ataleI might eventually tell.)
13.Pliers pinciers Hermit Crabs. (They sing at night. Loudly.)

Very funny list. I’ve always wanted a dustmop with legs, but know it’d never get brushed. Only shorthairs around here.
I suppose I could shave the dustmop;)
Thanks for linking to my TT!

We buzzed ours from time to time. Made things a lot easier in the summer. Especially since she hated the heat.
